Translations
Pixel
Pixel himself released pxtone and Kado AI in English.
AGTP
Aeon Genesis, as they are basically never called, translated Cave Story into the now-famous English patch within a few months of its release. They also translated Organya View which is a music player for the Cave Story OST.
